You can pre-register until April 30, 2012.

Pre-registration forms are available ONLY on this site. 

A CHECK FOR $175 MUST ACCOMPANY THE REGISTRATION FORM!!!  

AFTER APRIL 30, YOU MUST REGISTER ON-SITE at the camp.

On-site conference registration is $200 � no exceptions and payable ONLY by check or cash.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER APRIL 30 ARE TRANSFERABLE, BUT NOT REFUNDABLE.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CHECKS FOR WVU CREDIT!!!!

A SEPARATE CHECK MUST BE SENT TO WVU, IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR CREDIT!!!!!!

Registration is on Friday, May 18 from 4:00 to 6:45. The Opening Session is at 7:00 p.m. 

If you are receiving graduate credit, attendance is required at all sessions.

Required sessions are:

Friday from 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Saturday from 8:45 a.m. until 10:00 p.m

(excluding lunch and dinner)

Sunday from 8:30 until 11:30. The conference ends Sunday at 11:30 a.m

Participants must be 18 and registered for the conference to attend sessions and other activities.
